Throughout my career I’ve served as a thought partner for leaders at all levels. This includes internal and external stakeholders. My approach to coaching has evolved from years of supporting people at a variety of points along their career pathway.

Overall, I excel at finding the root cause of problems, leading to efficient and effective solutions. I quickly break down complex issues into actionable and measurable parts. My strategies are robust, engaging my teams and preparing them to execute. I connect with individuals at all levels of the organization, from Board members to machine operators.

​Through experience, I inspire and motivate without resorting to extremes—neither cheerleading nor being overly harsh. The key to my leadership success has been empowering my teams with ownership, ensuring that we all win and learn together. ​
